1. When transfer English internationalized domain name with .ORG/.SH/.NAME/.BIZ/.INFO/.WS/.AC/.IO/.MOBI/.TRAVEL/.SC/
.TV/.IN/.VC/.BZ/.MN/.AG/.CC/.TM/.US/.ASIA/.COM/.NET, if the previous registrar is other company, please contact that
company direct, and get transfer password before other operations;

| 2. Only the registrant or manage contact has the right to apply for domain name transfer; |
| 3. Domain name must have been registered for 60 days, and 60 days before expiration; |
| 4. No owing fee to the former registrar; |
| 5. Domain name is active and not involved in any ongoing controversy or dispute; |
| 6. You should take all responsibility for controversy and dispute caused by domain name transfer; |
| 7. If the registration period is less than 9 years, the period of domain name should be extended for one more year when transferring; |
| 8. When searching domain name in homepage of Eranet, Admin Email in domain name information should be email address of manage contact; |
| 9. Transferring period is normally 10 workdays, and the domain still can be used during this period |
